The Administrator of Ghana’s Minerals Development Fund (MDF) Dr. Hanna Louisa Bisiw-Kotei has paid a heartfelt tribute to her husband following his retirement after an impressive 25½ years of service.

In an emotional Facebook post, Hanna Bisiw described her husband’s career as one marked by honour, sacrifice, courage and unwavering commitment to duty.

She praised him for the years he dedicated to serving others, highlighting the personal sacrifices he made and the challenges he faced throughout his career.

“Today, I celebrate you, not just as the Lieutenant Commander you have been, but as the husband I am blessed to call mine”.

Bisiw expressed gratitude for her husband’s courage and sacrifice, acknowledging the years he spent putting duty and service ahead of personal comfort.

Her message also carried a deeply personal touch as she welcomed him into what she described as a new chapter of his life.

“Now, my love, welcome home,” she wrote.

She prayed that retirement would bring her husband the peace, joy, rest and happiness he deserves after more than two decades of service.

“Congratulations on your retirement, my dearest. I am so incredibly proud of you,” she added.

Bisiw concluded her tribute with a prayer for God’s blessings upon her husband, signing off with “EL ROI!”. Her message has offered a glimpse into the couple’s personal life while celebrating a significant milestone in her husband’s journey.

After 25½ years of professional service, his retirement marks the beginning of a new season—one that his wife hopes will be filled with family, rest, happiness and fulfilment.
