Raquel Lee Bolleau, a former Disney child star, claims that getting a part in “The Poof Point” was a nightmare for her after an adult employee sexually abused and raped her while she was just 14 years old.
Raquel alleges in a recent complaint that Disney neglected to protect her and instead placed her in close proximity to the man who she claims mistreated her.
Raquel accuses Disney of telling her to “connect” with the unidentified employee and spend time with him while they were filming in Utah in 2001.
The lawsuit claims that after giving Raquel some wine in his hotel room, the man insisted that she come back by herself after she had gotten quite drunk. She says the man sexually abused and raped her at that point.
The mistreatment persisted throughout the production, and the crew members reportedly witnessed her arriving ill, throwing up, and smelling like alcohol, but nobody intervened to assist her.

Additionally, Raquel says Disney booked the man in first class just beside her without her guardian, and that he sexually attacked her on a flight back to California.
She claims that her demeanor and performance drastically changed on set as a result of the aftermath.
Disney executives, according to Raquel, accused her of being “out of control” and told her mother she had “a demon inside her,” rather than defending her.
Raquel claims that the incident destroyed her acting career and left her emotionally and psychologically damaged for decades.
She is suing Disney for negligence as a result, alleging that the firm neglected to properly hire and oversee its staff, and she is seeking specific damages.
