“This Is A Lie And Completely Made Up” — Diddy’s Team Fires Back At New Minor Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back hard against a new civil lawsuit that alleges he sexually assaulted a minor at a Hollywood party nearly two decades ago — and his team is making clear he intends to use every legal tool available to fight back.

The lawsuit, filed by a plaintiff identified only as John Doe, claims that in 2007 the music mogul physically assaulted the alleged victim at a Hollywood gathering at a time when the complainant was still a minor and working as a child actor. The suit alleges Diddy rubbed his body against the alleged victim and performed a sex act on him. The now-adult plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages.

The lawsuit also names a number of agents, alleging they bore a duty of care to protect the then-child actor and failed to fulfil that responsibility.

Diddy’s spokesperson Juda Engelmayer was unequivocal in his rejection of the allegations, issuing a forceful denial to TMZ.

“This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone. These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest. He is going to pursue all avenues he can to defend himself and make sure those who start and spread lies are held responsible,” Engelmayer said.

A source with knowledge of Diddy’s legal strategy clarified that Engelmayer’s reference to “pursuing all avenues” specifically means legal action — potentially including defamation claims — against those making accusations his team regards as fabricated.

The new lawsuit is the latest in a long and growing series of civil claims brought against Combs, who remains in federal custody awaiting trial on separate criminal charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for the purposes of prostitution — charges he has pleaded not guilty to.

His legal team has maintained a consistent posture of denial across all civil and criminal proceedings, insisting that the allegations against him are false and that he will be vindicated through the legal process.

The allegations contained in this lawsuit are civil claims and have not been proven in court. Sean Combs is presumed innocent unless and until found guilty by a court of law.
