Tiger Woods entered a guilty plea to driving recklessly and refusing to take a valid test. The golfer will be fined $1000 and have his driver’s license suspended for five years.
The judge threatened to put Tiger back in jail if he continued to drive while his license was suspended.
Tiger appeared in court in Martin County, Florida, with his girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, for a change-of-plea hearing related to his rollover collision near his Jupiter Island residence in March.
In the past, Woods entered a not guilty plea to misdemeanor counts of DUI with property damage and refusing to take a legal test.
He was taken into custody after authorities claim that his Land Rover rolled over after clipping a truck carrying a trailer on Jupiter Island. He failed field sobriety tests and had multiple indications of impairment, according to deputies.

Although Tiger’s breathalyzer test revealed no alcohol in his system, investigators claim he declined to give a urine sample. Two hydrocodone pills were also discovered in his pocket, according to deputies.
A judge permitted Woods to travel abroad for treatment when he later declared he was quitting golf to receive medical attention. He returned to the U.S. in June.
The hearing was rescheduled from its original September 8 court date to Wednesday.
