Renowned Ghanaian broadcast journalist Saddick Adams has given Ghana’s Inspector-General of Police Christian Tetteh Yohuno an impressive 85 percent rating for what he describes as “incredible work” so far in office.

The outspoken sports and current affairs host made the remarks on his programme, Angel Morning Show, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

During the broadcast, Saddick Adams commended the IGP for efforts aimed at strengthening professionalism within the Ghana Police Service, improving public confidence, and enhancing security operations across the country.

According to him, while no administration is without challenges, the current leadership of the Police Service has demonstrated commitment, responsiveness, and visible action in addressing crime and restoring discipline within the ranks.

IGP Christian Tetteh Yohuno has been highlighted for actions like authorizing the promotion of over 12,800 police officers (clearing a long backlog), major senior officer reshuffles, and a strong stance against criminal elements, making life “uncomfortable” for them.
