
Ghanaian businessman Ibrahim Mahama has pledged a special bonus package for the Black Stars and the technical team in addition to the official bonuses being provided by the government.
The pledge was made when Ibrahim Mahama joined a delegation of government officials to visit the Black Stars camp in the ongoing 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Addressing the players and technical team, Mahama commended their performances so far in the tournament and assured them of his personal support as they continue Ghana’s quest for success on the global stage.
According to him, the team’s determination, discipline, and fighting spirit have inspired many Ghanaians, prompting his decision to offer an additional reward to motivate the players.
The special bonus will come on top of the financial incentives already announced by the government for the national team.
