Regarding the project’s status, Agyapong stated that construction is nearly finished and that the facility is currently awaiting an electrical connection before it can formally start operations.
He claims that the last obstacle keeping the factory from starting full-scale production is the power connection. According to him, the factory will be commissioned and opened for business after electricity is connected and the required operational tests are finished.
