The parole date for Sean “Diddy” Combs, who got into a heated altercation with another prisoner, has been accelerated by one month.
According to verified sources with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the release date was rescheduled from February 23, 2028, to January 24, 2028.
Combs, 56, is presently incarcerated for prostitution-related offenses at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey for four years.
After being made fun of, the rapper lost control of his rage and got into a furious fight with another prisoner last week. During the altercation, prison guards separated the men, and Combs was thrown into solitary confinement right away.
However, due to privacy, safety, and security reasons, the Federal Bureau of Prisons will not comment on “disciplinary actions, or other information involving particular detainees.”
Combs received a 50-month sentence in October 2025 for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was moved to Fort Dix from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

In November 2025, his original release date of May 8, 2028, was rescheduled to June 4, 2028 due to alleged violations of several prison regulations.
Before being arrested once more for allegedly taking part in an illegal three-way phone call, Diddy reportedly got into “trouble with jail officials” for consuming “homemade booze.”
According to Combs, “third party or three-way calls are not approved.”
Before the prison altercation, his release date was then rescheduled for February 23, 2028.
He was charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Combs was found guilty last July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and was acquitted of the other charges.
