Influencer Ash Trevino was charged with having ties with more than fifty prisoners, including those convicted of violent robbery and murder during the previous few years, in addition to being detained for her benefit fraud case.
According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Ash, who was arrested in December 2025 for asking for money to provide health information about a dependent on TikTok, also had several sexual encounters with the prisoners.
The prisoners were “currently jailed for various heinous acts including but not limited to aggravated robbery and murder,” according to the prosecution.

She allegedly participated in sexually graphic social media films and “lives,” according to the inspected documentation of the document file.
In 2025, Ash was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. She was released after posting bond, but in March she was arrested again.
The influencer was accused of healthcare and welfare fraud.
Ash’s guilty plea to the charges has prevented him from going to jail any longer. She was given a sentence that included 120 hours of community service, two years of community monitoring, financial counseling, and an anti-theft course.
Additionally, the social media celebrity was mandated to reimburse the state $16,799.95.
