Regarding the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) plans for the 2028 presidential race, prophet Telvin Sowah has made a startling prediction: Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia may eventually need to personally ask Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to join his ticket as running mate.
The prophet claims that in order to increase Dr. Bawumia’s chances of winning the upcoming elections, Kennedy Agyapong’s political influence and support may eventually be necessary due to the intense dynamics inside the NPP ahead of the 2028 elections.
Prophet Sowah stated on Okay FM on Thursday, September 10, that the NPP’s campaign strategy may depend on the two prominent persons’ connection.
“There will be a point where Dr Mahamadu Bawumia will be begging Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to be his running mate,” he stated.
The forecast coincides with a great deal of curiosity in the NPP’s likely 2028 presidential ticket and future leadership.
Kennedy Agyapong, a well-known NPP member and former Assin Central Member of Parliament, had previously become a significant contender in the party’s internal presidential politics.
