A newly released congressional document has brought severe allegations against President Donald Trump back into the spotlight. Authored by Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee as part of their ongoing inquiry into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking network, the report details an alleged 1993 sexual assault involving a former Miss Switzerland contestant at New York City’s Plaza Hotel.
Trump and his representatives have aggressively rejected the claims, dismissing the account as entirely fabricated and politically motivated.
The Allegations: A Traumatic Encounter at the Plaza
The claims stem from testimony given to committee investigators by Beatrice Keul, a former Swiss model. According to the House report, Keul—who was 24 at the time—was invited to participate in the 1993 “Donald J. Trump American Dream Pageant” by event promoter Jill Harth.
In her detailed account to lawmakers, Keul described the pageant atmosphere as a predatory environment, alleging that Trump and Epstein operated the event as a hunting ground to target young women aged 16 to 22.
Keul recalled that during an afternoon luncheon at the Plaza Hotel, Trump approached her with offers to advance her career, suggesting he could use his connections to secure her a U.S. visa and enrollment at New York University.
Shortly after, Epstein allegedly made similar overtures, inviting her to attend an event at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
Later that afternoon, Keul states she was instructed to meet Trump in an upper-floor hotel suite, under the impression they would discuss her professional prospects. Instead, she alleges that Trump ambushed her from behind, forcefully tore off her dress, and sexually assaulted her, leaving her covered in bruises. She characterized the assault as physically violent and deeply traumatic.
Following the incident, Keul claimed Trump explicitly urged her to remain silent—reminding her that “the show must go on”—while reiterating his promises regarding the visa and college admission. She completed the pageant in a state of shock before returning home to Switzerland, subsequently declining further invitations to participate in Trump-affiliated events. Months later, Trump reportedly contacted her again to offer the same incentives, which she firmly rejected.
White House Rebuttal
The administration swiftly issued a sweeping denial, asserting that the events described in the Judiciary Committee’s report are entirely untrue.

In an official statement, a spokesperson characterized the report as a partisan distraction, claiming House Democrats released the document to divert public attention from Republican policy milestones. The statement further emphasized that Trump had severed ties with Epstein years ago by banning him from Mar-a-Lago due to inappropriate behavior, asserting that Trump has been thoroughly cleared of any involvement in Epstein’s illegal activities.
To date, Trump has never faced criminal charges or legal proceedings related to Keul’s testimony. The account remains part of a partisan committee release, with the president and his legal team maintaining a complete and total denial of all claims.
