After winning the 69th edition of Ghana’s top beauty pageant, which took place in Accra, Rumzia Sule was proclaimed Miss Ghana 2026.
The University of Cumbria International Relations student stood out from the other competitors, winning the coveted national title with her intelligence, poise, confidence, and dedication to social impact.
Talented young women from all throughout the nation competed, each exhibiting their advocacy work, leadership abilities, and enthusiasm for the advancement of their country. Contestants took part in a variety of activities throughout the pageant, such as public speaking, talent shows, interviews, and evening dress presentations, all of which were intended to evaluate their suitability as Ghanaian ambassadors.
As the new Miss Ghana, Rumzia Sule will represent the country at the next Miss World competition, where she is expected to showcase Ghana’s rich culture, heritage, and the empowerment of young women on the global stage. The organizers are confident that she has what it takes to leave a lasting impression on a global scale.

After a successful reign characterized by advocacy and worldwide participation, Jutta Ama Pokuah Addo, Miss Ghana 2025, formally passed over the throne to Rumzia Sule.
As she begins a year of public service, youth empowerment, philanthropic endeavors, and national representation under the Miss Ghana brand, her victory signifies the start of a new chapter.
