Award-winning Nollywood actress Bamike "BamBam" Olawunmi-Adenibuyan revealed that prayer is her biggest source of strength while discussing how she handles life's stresses and her hard acting job.
In an interview with Trigmatic on 3FM on Thursday, July 23, BamBam stated that she always prays, even using "tongues," to deal with stress and depressive feelings.
In response to a question from Trigmatic regarding how she manages the hectic pace of Nollywood and the emotional strain of switching between film sets, the actress acknowledged that the industry can be very draining.
She said, the frequent travel and back-to-back filming schedules provide little time for relaxation, which makes it easy to become emotionally and psychologically exhausted. But for her, she mostly depends on her faith to get through those obstacles.
Many fans have found resonance in her remarks, which emphasize the significance of prioritizing mental health in demanding occupations and developing appropriate coping strategies for stress.
